BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Amidst an extended talent shortage and heated competition, staffing firms are struggling to meet client expectations as many open jobs go unfilled. Ninety-two percent requested additional communication during at least one stage of the hiring and employment process, and they want to receive different messages across different channels, depending on the stage of the process.
