BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Fiduciary Trust Company (“Fiduciary”), a Boston-headquartered private wealth management firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Anne Katsas as a Vice President and Trust Counsel.
As a member of Fiduciary’s trusts and estates legal team, Katsas will work with Fiduciary’s investment officers on all aspects of our fiduciary activities, as well as with clients’ attorneys to help address their trust and estate planning needs. Anne will report to Suma V. Nair, Chief Fiduciary Officer, who heads the firm’s trusts and estates legal department.

Katsas has focused on estate planning since her legal career began 23 years ago. Prior to joining Fiduciary, she owned and operated a solo-estate planning law firm in Newburyport, Mass., Port Estate Planning LLC. Before starting her own firm, Katsas worked as a senior attorney in the Private Client Group at Ropes & Gray LLP. She has also served in U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer across various global locations. She earned a JD from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Yale University.
