Veteran Executive Coach Jody Bradham Joins Cambria as a Principal

BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The longtime executive talent development firm – Cambria Consulting – has named executive coach and leadership development veteran, Jody Bradham, to the role of Principal.

Bradham joins Cambria, a division of the global executive search and leadership advisory firm Spencer Stuart, with nearly two decades of experience helping executive leaders and management teams drive change and impact strategic business priorities.

Prior to Cambria, Jody provided talent management consulting and leadership development services at TalentQuest – initially as an Executive Consultant and ultimately in the role of Executive Director of Consulting Services. In addition, Bradham has operated his own private coaching practice and – as a licensed psychologist — has served as the Chief Psychologist for the Naval Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina.

Bradham has extensive experience using a data-based approach to help leaders drive enhanced team collaboration, influence critical business decisions, improve peer-to-peer relationships, and refine execution and organizational performance. His proficiency includes coaching experience in a variety of executive leadership skills including leadership brand building, leadership skills and challenges, and culture change.
