BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Thomas H. Lee Partners (“THL”), a premier private equity firm investing in middle-market growth companies, today announced the appointment of Mark Forbis as Executive Partner. In his new role, Forbis, a 40-year veteran of financial technology and services, will support the firm’s efforts in identifying, sourcing, and growing investment opportunities across the bank technology sector.
Prior to joining THL, Forbis spent over 30 years as an executive at Jack Henry & Associates, one of the nation’s leading fintech providers where he most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. During his time at Jack Henry, Forbis led the company’s national technology strategy and the development of numerous transformational banking technologies.
