With over two decades of experience in market research, data collection, and global team leadership, January will spearhead strategic initiatives that help expand SHG’s delivery of the highest-quality data collection and insights solutions centered on better serving its customers’ needs in the life sciences.

As the senior vice president of global customer success, January will drive initiatives that help customers convert the exceptional data and insights that SHG delivers into business results. She will direct all SHG customer success functions, collaborating closely with clients and internal partners to assure their utmost satisfaction.

January brings over 20 years of experience in online data collection, focusing on driving bottom-line results and transforming research delivery models for scalability. She joins SHG from audience analytics and content research firm Screen Engines/ASI, LLC, where she was executive vice president of research solutions. Previously, she served as vice president of product growth and commercialization at Dynata, managing a team of 16 specialists who leveraged the firm’s flagship insights platform. Her previous roles include working with world-renowned clients and household brands at Kantar/Lightspeed Research, Hall & Partners, and Global Market Insite, where she forged strong client relationships and improved delivery processes benefiting both her clients and her own organization.

January is a founding member of Women in Research (WIRe), where she is an active mentor to new professionals in the research industry.
