Suffolk Wins Gold in Two Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards™ for Leadership Development Program

Suffolk’s Management Excellence Academy has been recognized with Gold awards in the Best Advance in Leadership Development and Best Development Program for Frontline Leaders categories.

Suffolk’s Management Excellence Academy is a two-day program for people managers that develops participants’ key management skills, such as guiding important discussions with their team members, administering productive feedback, providing supportive coaching, and leading difficult conversations.
