NEWTON, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) today announced a regular quarterly cash distribution on its common shares of $0.25 per share ($1.00 per share per year). The distribution will be paid to SEVN’s common shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 25, 2022 and distributed on or about August 18, 2022.
