Semafone Appoints Gary Levy as Chief Revenue Officer of the Americas

Levy brings robust security expertise and extensive knowledge of building cloud partner models with many years of success in driving customer experience

Levy brings many years of leadership experience with diverse security, channel management, and sales expertise.

Levy will oversee Semafone’s Americas region and revenue-generating operations including pre-sales, direct sales, and channel sales. His focus will be on scaling the organization’s go-to-market capabilities, securing technology alliances to accelerate product development, and bringing Semafone’s portfolio into new and existing global markets.

With a longstanding tenure at Avaya, Levy served as the Vice President of Americas, Channel Sales, transforming partnerships and driving sales across five regions. He contributed to structuring successful cloud partner models and gained invaluable insights in securing communications with cloud applications within the customer experience industry. Most recently, Levy served as the Vice President of Worldwide Alliances & Channels at Oracle Communications where he was responsible for fostering critical relationships, partnerships, and alliances to transform the global channel ecosystem. His understanding and experience of contact centers, security, and compliance operations will be pivotal to Semafone’s continued success.
