– Press Ganey’s Annual Community Day returns in 2022 for its eighth year
– More than 3,000 global team members supporting local communities through volunteer activities, educational programs and positive environmental impact
– Employees completed 9,000+ volunteer hours at 30+ nonprofits
SOUTH BEND, Ind. & BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Press Ganey, renowned leader in patient, member, employee and consumer experience across the entire healthcare ecosystem, held its eighth annual Community Day on Aug. 3. For the first time, the event went global and included employees from Forsta, an industry-leading global provider of market research and customer experience (CX) technology and a recent addition to the Press Ganey organization. Combined, more than 3,000 team members around the world took part in volunteer projects for their local communities.
In South Bend, Indiana, home to Press Ganey’s flagship office, 300 employees joined Press Ganey Chairman and CEO Patrick Ryan and other executives as they volunteered with longstanding partners from the organization’s 35-plus years in the community. In more than 30 key hubs across the United States and international markets, including Australia, Bosnia, Germany, India and the United Kingdom, thousands of Press Ganey and Forsta colleagues volunteered in service projects selected based on the greatest needs in local communities.

Press Ganey and Forsta teams renovated parks, gardens, homes and community centers in South Bend, Indiana; London, England; Chicago, Illinois; Boston, Massachusetts; Bielefeld, Germany; San Diego, California; Leesburg, Virginia; Fort Worth, Texas; Provo, Utah; Detroit, Michigan; Elkridge, Maryland; and more.
Colleagues also supported local hunger and food insecurity through area food banks and shelters in Detroit, Michigan; Palm Beach, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; Houston, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; and Charlotte, North Carolina.
Remote employees completed a virtual 5k raising funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
